Your inquiry stays between you and Miranda.

When you submit the availability form, the information you provide is emailed to Miranda Rae Photography through FormSubmit. It is used only to answer your inquiry, discuss photography services, and arrange a session or wedding you request.

Information collected

The form may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and location, group size, selected offer, and any details you choose to share.

How the form is delivered

The inquiry is sent primarily to mirandaraep@gmail.com, with a copy delivered to bookmirandarae@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the form for email delivery.

Sharing and retention

Miranda Rae Photography does not sell inquiry information. Email copies may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain ordinary business records.

Your choice

Submitting the form is voluntary. Please do not include financial, medical, or other highly sensitive information. You may contact Miranda Rae Photography to request correction or deletion of an inquiry.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website visits, referral sources, link clicks, form starts, and completed inquiry returns. These services may use cookies and similar technologies. Our tracking code does not send your form answers, name, email address, phone number, or message to Google Analytics.

Campaign labels and advertising click identifiers may be kept in your browser for the current session and included with the inquiry email to help identify how you found us. Clicking a call, text, Facebook, or gallery link records the click, not whether you completed a call, sent a message, or made a booking. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools may prevent measurement.
